Is it just another therapy course?
No. It is built by someone who tried four psychologists and found them inadequate for what he was dealing with. It draws on psychology, neuroscience, nutrition, spirituality, philosophy and lived experience. It is structured as a journey, not a collection of videos.
How much does it cost?
