Vaccine Injured - the way out
You know something went wrong. You know what you felt before and what you've been living with since. Pathfinder doesn't debate that. It starts with your experience, takes it seriously, and helps you find a way through it.
Joining Level 0 is free. It costs nothing to begin.
Not just ill. Dismissed, disbelieved, and dealing with it alone.
The physical symptoms are difficult enough. But many people in this situation carry a second burden alongside them โ the experience of not being believed, of being told it's unrelated, of feeling completely alone with something that has changed their life.
You Know What Changed and When
You remember what your health and energy felt like before. The contrast is not subtle. Whatever anyone tells you, you are living in that contrast every day, and you know it is real.
Your Symptoms Don't Have a Neat Explanation
Fatigue, brain fog, pain, neurological changes, heart issues, disrupted sleep. The symptoms vary but the pattern is consistent โ something shifted, and it hasn't shifted back.
You've Been Dismissed
You've sat in rooms and been told there's nothing to find, or that what you're experiencing isn't connected to what you think it is. That dismissal carries its own damage, separate from the physical symptoms themselves.
The Anger Has Nowhere to Go
Anger at what happened. At the people who minimised it. At a situation that feels profoundly unjust. Anger that is entirely understandable and that, without somewhere to put it, quietly compounds the exhaustion.
The Isolation Is as Hard as the Illness
This is not a widely accepted conversation. The people around you may not understand, may actively disagree, or may find the whole subject uncomfortable. You may have found yourself editing what you say and to whom. That kind of isolation is its own weight.
You're Still Looking for a Way Through
You're here, which means you haven't stopped looking. That matters. There are people who have been where you are and found their way to a different place. Pathfinder helps you find yours.
Your experience is the starting point. Not the debate around it.
We Start With You No Debate Here
Pathfinder takes no position on the broader conversation around vaccines. What it does take seriously is the experience of people who believe they have been harmed and who are living with real, ongoing physical and psychological consequences. Your experience is the starting point. Everything here is built around that.
The Body and the Mind Are Connected A Whole-Person Approach
Sustained physical illness affects mood, identity, relationships, and sense of self. Sustained stress, dismissal, and isolation affect the body. Pathfinder addresses both sides of this, because in a situation like this one, they cannot meaningfully be separated.
The Emotional Toll Has Its Own Shape Psychological Impact
The grief of a healthy life interrupted. The anger of being dismissed. The exhaustion of fighting to be believed whilst also managing symptoms. The fear about what comes next. These are distinct emotional experiences that deserve to be addressed in their own right, not treated as side effects of the physical problem.
Practical Support That Respects Your Situation Daily Life
Sleep, nutrition, stress, the daily choices that either support recovery or add to the load. This stream approaches those areas with a clear awareness of how much energy you're already spending, and how little appetite there is for programmes that add pressure rather than reduce it.
The inner journey running alongside everything else.
At each level of the Pathfinder programme, this stream looks at how the emotional territory of that stage shows up specifically for someone dealing with the fallout of vaccine injury. The content is honest, careful, and written without the cheerfulness that tends to feel insulting when you're in the middle of something this difficult.
Understanding What You're Carrying Emotionally
Fear, grief, anger, shame, and the particular exhaustion that comes from fighting to be believed. This stream helps you name and understand the emotional states you're moving through, because clarity about where you are is the first step to moving somewhere different.
Supporting Your Body Through This
Practical, grounded support for how you live day to day. What helps, what depletes you further, and how to make choices that work with your body in its current state rather than against it. No perfectionism, no pressure, just honest and useful guidance.
Navigating the World Around You
Relationships strained by a situation others don't understand. Conversations you dread having. The loneliness of holding a truth that isn't widely acknowledged. This stream helps you find your footing in the social and relational dimensions of this experience.
Finding Your Way to Something Better
Pathfinder is built around the belief that even the most difficult experiences can be moved through. Not forgotten, not minimised, but genuinely moved through to a place of greater understanding, stability, and peace. This stream holds that possibility throughout.
Why I built this stream.
I'm a former British Army officer, a life coach, and the founder of PATHFINDER. I built this programme after my own experience of trauma and a period in 2016 where I came very close to not surviving it. My recovery wasn't handed to me. I put it together piece by piece through years of research, difficult conversations, and the kind of self-examination most people do everything they can to avoid.
I built this stream because I've spent a long time listening to people whose health changed after vaccination and who found themselves without anywhere to take that experience. Dismissed by the people they turned to for help. Isolated by a subject that makes others uncomfortable. Left to manage something serious, confusing, and frightening without a map or a community.
I'm not here to take sides in a debate. I'm here for the person sitting with the consequences of what happened to them, who needs understanding, practical support, and a clear path forward. That is what Pathfinder is built for.

This stream sits within the broader Chronic Health Conditions stream, which explores the relationship between sustained physical illness, stress, and long-term wellbeing. Many people find it useful to work across both as their understanding of their own situation deepens.
If the experience has affected your mood, energy, and sense of self in ways that go beyond the physical, the Depression and Lost Mojo stream speaks directly to that. And the Personal Development stream helps you move towards a rebuilt sense of who you are and what you want, when the time is right for that part of the journey.
